Competent, courteous and all around pleasant to work with

Deryck, Andrew and Antonio were here today to pick up items for our move --- what an amazing group of men. Competent, courteous and all around pleasant to work with.....or rather watch them work and stand amazed. They took the same care of our things as I would expect them to take of their own. Thanks Jensen Moving And Storage,Deric,Tom and Andrew were the best movers ever,very professional,respectful,and easy to work with,they loaded my things,wrapped everything,and handled everything with care and precision,i was going to have to get another storage,but Deric broke down what i had and reloaded so everything would fit saving me from getting another storage,thanks guys again,will definitely recommend to friends,family,and business associates.Thanks Jensen Moving And Storage.

Pleasure to work with this company and I would highly recommend them

I just had the pleasure......yes you read this right "pleasure" of working with the crew of 3 men from Jensen Moving & Storage. Due to 2 closings on the same day, I first had the crew load on Thursday, hold for 2 nights and delivery on Saturday. They arrived on time and worked the whole time without breaks. The lead kept the crew on task to maintain efficiency. They carefully wrapped my furniture and didn't so much put a smug mark on the wall or a dirty foot print on my floors. All three men were friendly and professional. Delivery went so well, they took time to set up the rooms how I wanted and targeted the boxed in rooms where they belonged. Previous owner had left unwanted items in the garage, the lead offered to move the unwanted items to the curb and set up the garage to be organized and useful. Again nothing broken, or damaged in any way. Truly was a pleasure to work with this company and I would highly recommend them as they more than gave me my money's worth. - Happy in Hobe Sound

Very professional and careful with all of our belongings

Derrick and Tom were very professional and careful with all of our belongings. They were right on the button with estimated time to move. Their prices can't be beat. Make sure you call Jensen Moving and Storage for all your moving and storage needs!

Most professional team of movers I have ever worked with. Move to Alabama was flawless and team made it easy. Thank you Mr. Derrick Henderson and Andrew for the excellent job of unloading. Very polite and professional

Derick and his team showed up on time for packing and the next day to finish wrapping the furniture and load it on the truck to go to storage. They worked the entire time.. no breaks, were very polite and professional. Glad we chose them for our move. Everything was wrapped and protected so we are confident our furniture will arrive in tip top shape .

Great pricing compared to other movers.

Great pricing compared to other movers. Friendly, efficient. Only complaint I have is that there was some minor damage to some of my larger pieces of furniture

we won’t ever use any one else!

What started out yesterday morning to be a nightmare move, just came together like cookies and ice cream thanks the to Jensen Moving! These guys were great and they got it done and now relax for the first time in a week. This is the second time we have used Jensen movers and we won’t ever use any one else!

AMAZING!!!! The 3 guys that moved us from Ft Pierce to Jensen were terrific!!! They were very nice and helpful. From the original price quote that was done in person which included assessing my home and personal belongings to the early arrival on the day of the move. Everything was handled with the utmost care. They even put my bed and dresser back together and I was able to settle in immediately. Got it done in less time than expected too! I highly recommend Jensen Movers. THANK YOU!!!

So unprofessional! Be cautious in hiring this company!

This company doesn't take any responsibility for breaking your items. I watched them drop my table and heard it crack. Owner stopped by and told me to super glue it that would take care of the problem. He was so full of excuses of WHY his guys didn't do it i was beside myself. He refused me any compensation, it was my problem. So unprofessional! Be cautious in hiring this company, no matter what it will be up to YOU to fix your broken pieces.

They did everything that they said

The men sent to do the job showed up on time

A most stressful situation of a move for my mother that literally had to take place overnight was made bearable thanks to Jensen Moving. William was able to accommodate by providing an early Sunday morning move. The men sent to do the job showed up on time, a rarity these days when dealing with service people. The job was completed in a short amount of time with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely use this moving company again. When you read about tactics used by other moving companies in the industry, you can rest assured that this does not seem to be the case with Jensen Moving.
